    THIMPHU:
    Elevation: 2,320m (7,612 ft)

    This is the capital of Bhutan with a population of approx 1 Lac people. Thimphu became the capital in 1961 and the town is largest in Bhutan. It is 60 km far and about 2 hours from the airport in Paro. As you enter the valley you drive on Bhutan’s first four lane expressway which takes you right into the heart of town, over tow dramatic flyover bridges.

    PARO:
    Elevation: 2,280m (7,480 ft)

    The broad Paro valley is the entry point for all visitors flying into Bhutan on the national carrier, Druk Air. It is home of Bhutan’s sole international Airport. Paro is a historic city with Bhutan’s oldest temples and the National Museum and many historical buildings. The Paro Valley is one of the kingdom’s most fertile, producing the bulk of Bhutan’s famous red rice from its terraced fields.

    PUNAKHA:
    Elevation: 1300m (4,265 ft)

    Punakha is the ancient capital of Bhutan, about 3 hours drive from Thimphu across Dochu-La Pass. Once you cross the pass, you wind down into a warm fertile valley and meander along a gently flowing aquamarine river that leads you to the Punakha Dzong, the second dzong to be built in Bhutan.

    Punakha is a sub-tropical alley where food grains, vegetables and fruits grow in abundance.

    Day 01: Paro Airport to Thimphu. Night Stay at Thimphu.
    Day 02: Thimphu Full day sightseeing. Night Stay at Thimphu.
    Day 03: Thimphu to Punakha. Night Stay at Wandi/Punakha.
    Day 04: Wangdi/Punakha to Thimphu. Night Stay at Thimphu.
    Day 05: Thimphu to Paro. Night Stay at Paro.
    Day 06: Full day Paro Sightseeing. Night stay at Paro.
    Day 07: Departure.

    Details Itinerary:

    Day 01: Paro Airport to Thimphu. Night Stay at Thimphu.
    Tourists will be received at Paro Airport. Transfer to Thimphu Hotel. It’s about 2 hours scenic drive. After having lunch visit Buddha Point, Archery Ground, Memorial Chorten. In the evening strolling/ shopping. After having dinner night halt at Hotel, Thimphu.

    Day 02: Thimphu Full day sightseeing. Night Stay at Thimphu.
    After having breakfast visit Budda Point & Zigmey Doorje National Park. A beautiful traditional wooden bridge is there, where you will get an attractive view of Thimphu. On the way back visit Stupa. After lunch visit SAARC Building & Tashicho Dzong. In the evening free to enjoy Thimphu nightlife. Dinner & Night halt at Hotel, Thimphu.

    Day 03: Thimphu to Punakha. Night Stay at Wandi.
    After having breakfast drive to Punakha. On the way visit DoChala (Pass) & enjoy snowcapped Himalayan Picks. Arrive at Punakha & visit Picturesque Phunakha Dzong & Monastery in the city. Lunch & proceed to Wangdi. Dinner & night halt at Hotel/ Resort, Wangdi.

    Day 04: Wangdi to Thimphu. Night Stay at Thimphu.
    After having breakfast visit Samden Dorji Lakhana (Nainari)/ Punakha Monastery, drive back to Thimphu. After lunch free for Shopping/Strolling. Dinner & night halt at Hotel, Thimphu.

    Day 05: Thimphu to Paro. Night Stay at Paro.
    After having breakfast at 8am start drive to Paro at 8.30am. On the way visit Chele La Pass & Check in the Hotel/ Resort. After lunch at 2pm visit Takshang Monastery from valley floor (Parking Side) & Drukyal Dzong. In the evening free. Dinner & night halt at Hotel/Resort, Paro.

    Day 06: Full day Paro Sightseeing. Night stay at Paro.
    After having breakfast visit Takshang Monastery from valley floor, Drukyal Dzong & Kicho Monastery. After lunch visit Paro Dzong. In the evening free. Dinner & night halt at Hotel/Resort, Paro.

    Day 07: Departure.
    After having breakfast departure from Paro Airport.

    • This is a conventional itinerary & subject to change depending upon circumstances.
    • Please follow the timings for the sightseeing trips /activities as mentioned in our detailed itinerary.
    • Airfare will depend on the rate of the journey date.
    • Sightseeing spots may have weekly closing days and daily opening & closing hours. So it will be planned as per journey date & schedule. Sometimes it can be closed due to renovation, maintenance activity or unavoidable circumstances.
    • Tour organizer holds the complete right to change the itinerary if it requires for the betterment of the tour and safety of the tourist. Tourist’s safety is top priority.
    • Please follow the tour administration & guidelines. Maintain reporting time and allocated time for sightseeing spots. It will make the tour effective and enjoyable for all the members.
    • Please follow the ethical rules of Photography while you are visiting new locations, religious places or museums or such sightseeing spots.
    • All vehicular movement in the itinerary is on point to point basis and not on disposal.
    • Any spot in the itinerary remaining closed due to holidays, bandhs or reason whatsoever will not be revisited on the onset on the tour.

    Booking, Confirmation, Cancellation & Refunds:

    There are strict policies of service confirmation allover India during peak seasons and the rates can vary unless it has been secured with full payment in advance.

    Payments:
    1) To book any tour with us 100% of Air/Rail/Bus Ticket price and at least 25% Land Package price need to be paid.
    2) Balance payment has to be made one week before the tours starts.

    Amendment:
    Amendment of booked tour will be treated as cancellation. However, minor amendments can be made on the payment of a communication charge, which will vary from case to case.

    Refund:
    Refund will be paid to the source through which the guest has booked. Any refund will take at least one calendar month to process & will be sent to you by a/c payee cheque only.

    ** NO REFUND WILL BE MADE AGAINST ANY UNUTILIZED SERVICES, WHAT SO EVER MAY BE THE REASON.

    Cancellation Policy:

    Cancellation has to be sent to us by Email.

    From Date of booking – 30 days only communication charges of BDT 500.00 per person
    30 -15 Days prior to departure 25% of tour cost
    14 -10 Days prior to departure 50% of tour cost
    09-05 Days prior to departure 75% of tour cost
    04 Days/No show 100% of tour cost

    Confirmation Policy:
    Please also note that you booking will be only confirmed when we receive the amount in cash or your cheque is honored by our bank along with your confirmation note and our acknowledgement against your booking. The tour price can be changed during confirmation, specially the air tickets & train tickets.

    Our rates are subject to change on any additional tax which may be introduced by Government of Bangladesh or/and India.
